Overview
We understand that travel plans can change. This policy outlines the cancellation and refund terms applicable to tour packages booked with Travel Days Rajasthan. Specific terms may vary for peak season, festival periods, or special promotions — these will be stated in your booking confirmation.
Cancellation by the Traveller
Unless otherwise specified in your booking voucher, the following applies:
- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus administrative charges (if any).
- 15 to 30 days before departure: 75% refund of the total package cost.
- 7 to 14 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
- No-show on the travel date: No refund.
Non-Refundable Components
Certain components of your package may be non-refundable once confirmed, including but not limited to:
- Flight tickets, train tickets, and special event entry passes.
- Hotel reservations during peak season or festival dates.
- Safari permits, monument tickets, and activity vouchers already issued.
- Processing fees charged by payment gateways or banks.
Amendments & Rescheduling
Date changes or itinerary amendments may be permitted subject to availability and may attract revision charges plus any difference in hotel or transport rates. Amendment requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Cancellation by Travel Days Rajasthan
In rare cases we may need to cancel a tour due to insufficient group size, safety concerns, or force majeure. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date, a comparable package, or a full refund of amounts paid to us.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary. Refunds are calculated on the total amount received by us, excluding non-refundable third-party components.
How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, email us at sales.traveldaysrajasthan@gmail.com or call +91 7357571614 with your booking reference, traveller name, and reason for cancellation. Verbal cancellations are not accepted without written confirmation from our team.
