These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to the Travel Days Rajasthan website and your use of our tour packages, car rental, and related travel services. By accessing our website or confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Bookings & Confirmations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our travel team. A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and issuance of a written confirmation (email or voucher).
Prices quoted on our website are indicative and may vary based on season, availability, hotel category, and customisations. Final pricing will be communicated before payment.
Payments
We accept payments through approved methods as communicated at the time of booking. Unless otherwise agreed, an advance deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the balance due before travel commencement as per your booking confirmation.
Travel Documents & Responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for:
- Carrying valid government-issued photo identification for all members of the travelling party.
- Ensuring passports, visas, and permits are valid where applicable.
- Arriving on time for scheduled pickups, transfers, and activities.
- Following local laws, customs, and guide instructions during the tour.
Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, monument timings, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives of comparable value.
Requests for voluntary changes by the traveller may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
Limitation of Liability
Travel Days Rajasthan acts as an intermediary between travellers and service providers (hotels, transporters, activity operators). While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of third-party providers.
We are not responsible for loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or pandemics.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Travel Days Rajasthan or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
